Snow Removal Terms & Services

Property Wear & Tear During plowing, ground cover (e.g., gravel, grass) may occasionally be displaced. LiveAgain Landscaping LLC is not liable for normal wear and tear resulting from standard snow removal services.

  • Spring Restoration: We offer a spring service to rake out any displacement caused by plowing. Clients must contact us in the spring to request this service.

    • Premier Clients: Complimentary (Free).

    • Economy Clients: $60 fee.

Service Plans

  • Economy Plan:

    • Service is performed automatically for accumulations of 3" and over.

    • Service for accumulations under 3" requires a specific client request.

    • "Salt-only" requests are subject to a $40 trip charge.

  • Premier Plan:

    • Service is performed automatically for every clearable storm.

    • Trip charges are waived for "salt-only" calls.

    • Bulk salt and cinder pricing is available upon request.

Salt Application Rates

  • Current Rate: $25 per 50 lbs (applied in 50 lb increments).

  • Note: Rates are subject to change during the season based on material costs.

Service Frequency & Pricing Policy To prevent excessive wear on our equipment, we cannot "skip" storms or plow driveways containing accumulation from multiple previous storms. Prices are per service rendered.

Accumulation Pricing Tiers Base pricing covers storms up to 12 inches. Deeper accumulations are billed as follows:

  • 13" – 24": Normal Rate x 2

  • 25" – 36": Normal Rate x 3

  • Over 36": Price determined at time of service (Heavy equipment may be required).

Scheduling & Cancellation Standard plowing begins after the storm has concluded.

  • Special Requests: Any special requirements must be communicated before the storm event begins. Additional services will incur additional fees.

  • Cancellation: If service is not desired for a specific event, the client must notify LiveAgain Landscaping BEFORE service is rendered.

Service Alerts & Communication We provide service updates via SMS text alerts and post notifications to our official Facebook page. It is the client's responsibility to monitor one of these channels to determine when services are being performed.
