WARRANTY TERMS UPDATED JANUARY 2024 (Older installations please ask to see the previous version)
Hardscaping: 10 Years (unless otherwise specified)
Hardscaping setups including but not limited to, Patios, Steps, Boulder walls, Stone Boarders, and benches, carry a ten-year warranty from the date on the invoice on workmanship. Neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism, damage from “acts of God”, Undisclosed water issues, or new water issues will void this warranty. Natural stone may have visible cracks, seams, or imperfections which do not necessarily mean the product has or will fail and does not constitute a warranty claim. Does not include commercial products such as polymeric sands, premade firepits. See manufacturers warranty on these products.
Dry Stacked Stone: 2 Years
Dry stacked stone walls carry a 2-year craftsmanship warranty. For any load bearing retaining wall, we recommend block or boulders.
Trimming and Routine Maintenance: No Coverage
Semi-Annual trimming is a normal process to ensure plant growth. During a new trimming, plants may become “shocked”. Should a plant be unable to recover, we are not responsible for the cost of replacement. Plants which we trim during installation are covered by the Nursery Stock Warranty. Damages caused by negligence of LiveAgain Landscaping will be repaired. Any other maintenance items carry no warranty.
Nursery Stock: 60 Days
Nursery stock carries a Sixty-day (60) warranty from the date on the invoice on materials and installation. Coverage can be voided due to neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism, or damage from “acts of God” which includes but is not limited to animals and pets. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide or arrange for aftercare, and install fencing, or repellant if necessary.
All plants and shrubs installed are free of disease and insects at the time of installation. Proper after care is needed to ensure plant longevity. We are not responsible for plants which have not been cared for after installation. Future fertilizing and trimming is not included in the initial price. The following are expressly excluded from coverage by this warranty: Perennials, Annuals, Groundcover, other non-hardy plants, bare root plants, plants in containers above ground, client-supplied plants, transplants, grass seed and sod. Transplanting, in most circumstances, is successful. However, the success of any transplant is not covered by a warranty.
Low Voltage Lighting - 5 Years
All newly installed low voltage lighting systems carry a 5-year workmanship warranty. Neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism, damage from “acts of God”, Undisclosed water issues, or new water issues will void this warranty. Bulbs, Transformers, Housings, and Wires are not included in this warranty, please see manufacturer’s warranty for these products. NO WARRANTY ON BULBS.
Standard Polymeric Sand: 1 Year
If standard polymeric sand (Alliance products) is used in your installation, we offer a 1-year limited warranty. Manufacturers may carry their own warranty; this would be between the customer and the manufacturer.
Premium Epoxy Resin Joint Compound: 5 Years
If premium polymeric sand (Azpects Products) is used in your installation, we offer a 5-year limited warranty. Manufacturers may carry their own warranty; this would be between the customer and the manufacturer.
We recommend all installations be kept clean and maintained. Any chemicals, cleaners, or scrubbing should be done on a test area to make sure it will not damage the jointing materials. Any product damaged by pressure washing, cleaning, or any other companies work will not be covered. Any damage caused by LiveAgain during cleaning will be covered.
Sealant/ Stains/ Paints: No Warranty, See manufacturer.

We will not be held responsible for storm damage during or after installation. We will restore the areas to their original condition after a new estimate is given and agreed to. In most cases these “change orders” can be handled during the time of installation. If needed, we will reschedule these repairs as soon as possible.
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to locate and disclose accurate property lines. All encroachment issues will fall on the homeowner.
All water runoff, pooling, retention issues must be disclosed before the time of installation. These issues must be dealt with to prevent damage to the installation. Any undisclosed issues will void all warranties.
All warranties shall be void and will not apply to any materials which were originally installed by LiveAgain Landscaping LLC, then subsequently repaired, adjusted, or modified by an individual or entity other than an authorized representative from LiveAgain Landscaping LLC. We STRONGLY recommend any concerns be brought to the attention of LiveAgain immediately, and an on-site consultation be scheduled to remedy the issues.
All warranties shall be void in cases of physical and or chemical damage, or in accounts whose final payment has exceeded 45 days past due from date of invoice.
Replacements and/or repairs furnished under this warranty shall not carry a new warranty but shall carry only the unexpired portion of the original warranty provided.
No person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described above or to extend the duration of any warranties beyond the period described above.
